Albert Romero Bio
Albert Romero is an audio engineer, producer, and entertainment executive based in Miami, Florida. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Majjor Entertainment, he specializes in immersive audio production, sound design, post-production, and next-generation audio technologies for film, television, streaming, music, and digital media projects.
Romero’s career spans a variety of roles across the recording, production, and entertainment industries. Prior to leading Majjor Entertainment, he worked as a Multimedia Technician and Producer with Etcetera Group/Origami LLC and built extensive experience as a freelance Audio Engineer and Producer on independent film. Earlier in his career, he gained industry experience with the renowned Chicago Recording Company, helping develop a strong foundation in professional audio production and engineering.
Over the years Albert has also worked in the live event space handling operations and production management at night clubs, music venues, concerts, megachurches, and world-renowned music festivals.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University, where he studied recording technology, audio engineering, and production techniques.
Throughout his career, Romero has developed expertise in recording, audio editing, sound design, audio engineering, immersive mixing, and advanced production workflows. His technical and creative abilities have enabled him to contribute to a diverse range of media projects, combining artistic vision with cutting-edge audio technology.
As CEO of Majjor Entertainment, Romero has overseen audio production for hundreds of films, television series, documentaries, dubbed productions, commercials, trailers, and streaming projects. Through a commitment to technical excellence and creative storytelling, he has helped deliver immersive audio experiences across traditional 5.1 surround sound, Dolby Atmos, AC-4, and other next-generation formats.
Over the years, Romero has contributed to numerous acclaimed and award-winning productions. Notable credits include Harley Quinn, Rusty Rivets, Falco, La Cabane à Histoires (The Treehouse Stories), SpongeBob SquarePants, Zog, Hell on Wheels, Loving, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, B Positive, The Mindy Project, Señorita 89, Starstruck, No Man’s Land, Blaze and the Monster Machines, Nature Cat, Batman: The Killing Joke, Clarence, Death Race: Beyond Anarchy, and many more.
Among the productions associated with Romero’s work are several major award winners and nominees, including the International Emmy Award-winning series Falco (2019), International Award-winning children’s productions La Cabane à Histoires (2018) and Zog (2020), Emmy-nominated projects such as Rusty Rivets and B Positive, the Oscar-nominated feature film Loving, and the multi-award-winning animated series Harley Quinn.
